patent infringement???
can someone give me some examples of patent infringement (other that the recent car case) and maybe some links to some good sotes about the subject....trying to write a paper for my business class.

I believe patent infringement is when someone steels your patent. I believe the company of Nintendo had an issue with that on the Wii controler.

Patent infringement can be simple to complex to deal with based on the # of claims that one can patent. Complex one can be rambus.org
rambus is a technological invention company and sells or licenses it's concepts/technology to most of the memory maker in the world. Their business is just invent, patent, license the technology to memory makers. This company has filed many patent infringement suite against many of the memory companies. Very interesting case and still on-going cases. rambus.org web site gives you complete case data, history what, where, when. Hope this helps.
Also, stock price of this company dependent on the patent infrigement wins/loss as their only source is licensing technology.
