Where can I find patents of an electrical pulley that produce electricity through an object's motion?
I'm looking for a device that converts mechanical energy to potential energy and then potential energy to electrical energy?
For example, the device would be driven upwards by a motor, and then upon reaching the top would drive a generator that would produce electricity.
Any links to any research relating to this that has been done would be very very helpful.
